These terms apply when you purchase from Mog & Co. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

About us

Mog & Co. is an independent UK online business selling clothing, accessories and gifts for people who are a little bit obsessed with their animals.

Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there has been an obvious pricing or product error, an item is unavailable, or we’re unable to fulfil the order.

If we need to cancel your order after payment has been taken, you’ll receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Mog & Co. is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not separately charged on our products.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.

Products

We do our best to show product colours and designs as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Many of our products are printed to order. Small variations in print positioning may occur and are part of the production process.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and cancellations

Your rights to cancel an order, make a return or request a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Personalised products

Products made to your individual specifications or personalised specifically for you cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, photographs, branding and other original content on the Mog & Co. website belong to Mog & Co. or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur. We may update product information, prices or these terms when necessary.
